Walter P. Hölzle
Hölzle Business Partner ConsultingBorn 1950, married, two children. Walter P. Hölzle was President of vips (Association of Pharmaceutical Companies in Switzerland) for 12 years and a member of EAK for 16 years, as well as President of NTN Swiss Biotech for 3 years. Other current mandates are Vice-Chairman of PhRMA Switzerland (Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturer of America), President of refdata Foundation and Board Member of GS1. Since 2000 he is owner of the consulting firm Hölzle Business Partner Consulting, specialized in strategic consulting in Market Access, Operations Effectiveness Government Affairs and Recruiting. After his training as a druggist FH ESD, he first worked for Sandoz in Sales & Marketing for several years, then as General Manager/Area Manager Central & Eastern Europe for Alcon Pharmaceuticals, which he built up in Europe for a good 8 years from its start in 1980. From 1989 to 2000 he was General Manager of Warner-Lambert (Switzerland) AG and responsible for the CEEMA region. (Central & Eastern Europe, Mid East & Northern Africa). His further education includes General Management IMEDE (today IMD) as well as the Swiss Federal Diploma in Sales and Marketing. At IMD he is a senior advisor of the IMD Alumni Committee. In addition, he is an advisor to the Canton of Zug in the area of economic development with a focus on life science.

Her specialization lies in sales and marketing – an area in which she has successfully provided strategic impetus and developed sustainable solutions for years. As Managing Director of SM Service Marketing AG, she combines entrepreneurial thinking with operational excellence. In her role as COO, Caroline is responsible for the operational management of HBPC. She ensures that processes run smoothly, innovation is encouraged, and client projects are implemented with the highest quality standards.
Jenny Erdin

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in accounting, payroll, and project management. Working in international teams has strengthened her intercultural communication skills and trained her to efficiently coordinate complex processes across international borders. Her structured approach to work, combined with analytical thinking and organizational talent, makes her a valuable interface between the finance department, HR, and international project partners.
